Job summary

TD SYNNEX is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to transform cloud, financial, and operational data into actionable insights that drive performance. You will partner with Cloud Operations, Cloud Engineering, Cloud Accounting, and Cloud Sales Leadership to shape decisions across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.

You will build forecasting models, dashboards, and self-service analytics while identifying risks and opportunities to improve cost efficiency and financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data-related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in data analytics or BI.
• Experience with large datasets and turning analysis into business recommendations.
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure and GCP cloud services and billing models.
• Proficiency in Python or R and dashboards, KPIs, forecasts and models.

Responsibilities

• Analyze cloud spend, usage, and operational data to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
• Deliver insights and recommendations to improve cost efficiency and financial performance.
• Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and success metrics aligned to goals.
• Build forecasting and predictive models to improve visibility into cloud spend and capacity.
• Develop dashboards and self-service analytics tools for decision-makers.
• Investigate recurring issues and recommend automation and process improvements.
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
