Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology is seeking a Lead Architect to support customer activities and deliver advanced software systems engineering services. You will lead a team of engineers and developers, ensuring secure, scalable solutions on AWS and other clouds, with a focus on data integration and microservices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 15+ years of related experience.
• TS/SCI with polygraph clearance required.
• Deep knowledge of AWS Cloud architecture and services.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Specify, design, develop, test and deploy end-state system using Scrum in a dynamic AWS-enabled environment.
• Design and guide the implementation of JAVA microservices.
• Architect data integration from one system to another via REST API.
• Become expert on AWS data workflows including AWS Lambda and S3; leverage other cloud providers.
• Develop technical documentation and briefing materials for program reviews and management.
