Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Sr. IT Architect for Cloud Architecture and Operations to shape the cloud strategy across GCP, AWS, and Azure. You will lead cloud frameworks, oversee scalable solutions, and drive cloud networking and operations excellence.

The role reports to the Director of Enterprise Infrastructure and offers a hybrid work setup from Charlotte, NC or Atlanta, GA, with an initial 90-day onsite requirement. Strong leadership and deep cloud expertise are essential.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in cloud architecture, cloud operations, and IT networking.
Proven expertise in GCP, with experience in AWS and Azure.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with security architecture, IAM, data protection, and compliance standards.
Hands-on experience with architecture modeling tools and technologies relevant to enterprise IT.

Responsibilities

Define and implement a comprehensive cloud strategy aligned with Honeywell’s objectives.
Develop multi-year roadmaps for transitioning to cloud-native architectures.
Lead the design and deployment of secure, scalable cloud infrastructure.
Integrate cloud solutions with existing enterprise systems and processes.
Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and industry regulations.
Monitor cloud performance and troubleshoot networking issues; drive to resolution.
Lead migration and modernization initiatives across multi-cloud environments.
