Job summary

VLink Inc. is seeking a Solution Architect to own business solution designs and builds within the HR technology domain for strategic initiatives.

The role requires architecting across business, applications/integration, data, platform, and security, and providing technical direction to engineers to deliver secure, scalable enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate has SME-level architecture/design skills, extensive cloud experience, and a hands-on mindset.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of Software design/development experience.
• 2+ years in Public Cloud experience (Azure/GCP).
• Experience with SaaS/PaaS Platforms e.g. Workday, Oracle Cloud, MuleSoft, Boomi, OIC etc.
• SME level technical skills in application, data, integration and security architecture/design.
• Understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases and cloud databases.
• Demonstrable hands-on experience is a must.
• Experience with technologies that glue modern apps to legacy systems (Kafka).
• Enterprise architecture and system design experience.
• Strong understanding of security frameworks and SSO/OAuth/SAML/OIDC authentication.
• Experience with Microservices and APIs.
• Strong container platform knowledge and deployment patterns.
• Observability best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead business solution designs and build in the HR Tech domain for strategic initiatives.
• Provide technical direction to engineers while architecting secure, scalable enterprise solutions.
• Develop architectures spanning business, applications/integration, data, platform, and security.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure architecture alignment and delivery.
• Drive execution, delivery planning, and ongoing support for enterprise projects.
