Job summary

GliaCell Technologies is looking for a Senior Cloud Architect for a full-time role in Maryland. You will support a U.S. Government customer and provide technical expertise for critical mission-related software in cloud computing. Ideal candidates should have a TS/SCI clearance and extensive IT experience, with a salary range of $200,000 to $280,000 based on qualifications. Qualifications

• Active or reinstatable TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• 20 years of IT experience with a High School diploma or GED.
• 15 years of IT experience with a Bachelor’s degree, 5 years in Cloud.
• 10 years of IT experience with a Master’s degree.
• 5 years of IT experience with a PhD.

GliaCell is seeking a Senior Cloud Architect on one of our subcontracts. This is a full‑time position offering the opportunity to support a U.S. Government customer. The mission is to provide technical expertise that assists in sustaining critical mission‑related software and systems to a large government contract.

Key Requirements

To be considered for this position you must have the following:

• Possess an active or re‑instatable TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship.
• A High School Diploma or GED plus twenty (20) years of IT experience.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus fifteen (15) years of IT experience of which five (5) years must be in the Cloud environment.
• A Master’s degree in a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus ten (10) years of IT experience.
• A PhD in a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus five (5) years of IT experience.
• Works well independently as well as on a team.
• Strong communication skills.

Key Skills

• Supports PAC hybrid computing efforts by providing recommendations and advice regarding the design and architecture of the agency’s cloud‑based hybrid computing environment.
• Tasks include understanding the government’s cloud computing objectives and the implementing contractor’s plans and approach, and providing recommendations to support the Government’s adoption of, migration to or governance/management of Cloud computing, Cloud DevOps, and other Cloud oriented activities.

Salary Range

The salary range for this full‑time position is $200,000 to $280,000. Your salary is determined by your individual benefits package selection.
