North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services is seeking a Senior Cloud Application Developer to build robust, scalable cloud applications and serverless systems across AWS and Azure. The role emphasizes backend development, AI/ML integration, and deploying cloud-native components, including Lambda functions and cloud databases.

Competenze

• Hands-on cloud development experience (AWS preferred; Azure beneficial).
• Proven track record/experience with AWS Lambda, RDS, S3, DynamoDB, and infrastructure-as-code patterns.
• Experience implementing generative AI models via Bedrock or SageMaker.
• Experience using Amazon Connect and CloudFront configurations.
• Strong understanding of cloud identity management (IAM, Azure AD/Entra ID).
• Proficiency in Python, Node.js, SQL, or scalable backend languages.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and follow complex and/or detailed technical procedures.
• Experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe) development.
