Job summary

Erias Ventures is seeking a talented Cloud-Based Analytics Developer to join our team in Maryland. You will develop and maintain high-performance analytics solutions that process heavy data volumes, leveraging Spark, MapReduce, SQL/NoSQL, and Python data libraries.

The ideal candidate has 14 years of SWE experience, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, and a current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph clearance.

Qualifications

• 14 years of SWE experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university.
• 4 additional SWE years of experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements.
• Design and code new software or modify existing software to add new features.
• Debug existing software and correct defects.
• Develop data queries and database interfaces; integrate software into systems.
• Lead one or more software development teams; oversee project execution.
• Develop or implement algorithms to meet performance standards; assist with testing procedures.
• Confer with system/hardware engineers to derive software requirements and interfaces.
