• Carrying out targeted deep-dive investigations into complex or ambiguous cases.
• Documenting clear, actionable findings in standardized investigation reports.
• Coordinating across relevant operational teams to execute follow-up actions based on investigation outcomes.
• Adhering strictly to data handling guidelines, including limited data sharing and need-to-know access controls.
