Job summary

Harbor is seeking a Senior Manager for its Contracts team within Corporate Legal Solutions. The role centers on CLM readiness, technology planning, system selection, and implementation, helping corporate legal departments deploy contracts technology and AI-enabled processes.

You will mentor staff, manage client engagements, and shape practice growth. Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in legal tech and project leadership, experience with leading CLM/contract intelligence tools, and permanent US

Qualifications

8+ years in legal or consulting industries.
8+ years in legal technology assessments, requirements gathering, design, configuration, implementation, testing, and deployment with contracting tools.
Experience with Agiloft, Luminance, Ivo or Malbek strongly preferred, including data migration and integration workstreams.
Demonstrated understanding of the AI contract tech landscape and related platforms (Harvey, Legora) and workflows.
8+ years in a customer-facing role delivering projects and overseeing resources.

Responsibilities

Lead/co-lead initiation, execution, and delivery of technology projects for CLM readiness and implementation.
Oversee and mentor junior staff; guide deliverables and client commitments.
Manage client relationships, workshops, budgets, and invoicing; ensure timelines and success metrics are achieved.
Design technology-enabled processes and system integrations within client legal operations.
