Job summary

Holy Family Institute in Moon Township, PA is seeking a Lead Clinician to conduct mental health assessments for minors in care and provide ongoing individual, group, and crisis intervention. You will mentor staff, develop behavior support plans, and monitor progress toward treatment goals.

The role requires a Master’s degree in social work or related field with clinical experience, licensure or eligibility, and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or related field with direct clinical experience.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in PA.
• 21 years of age or older with valid PA driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Promotes the Mission and Philosophy of Holy Family Institute.
• Collaborates with LTFC multi-disciplinary team to ensure delivery of services.
• Designs and monitors individualized behavior support plans or ISP.
• Identifies behavioral needs and creates goals and interventions.
• Completes required documentation to maintain compliance in a timely manner.
• Participates in on-call rotation and crisis interventions.
• Maintains professional, culturally sensitive relationships with staff and community.
