Job summary

INNOVO RESEARCH INC is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Coordinator to coordinate daily operations of clinical studies at Innovo partner sites. You will oversee staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage study activities from screening to close-out.

The role requires 3-5 years of trial coordination, GCP knowledge, and strong communication. Travel to partner sites and investigator meetings will be required. Competitive benefits and day shifts are offered.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience coordinating clinical trials.
• BS/BA in Life Science or related discipline.
• CCRC certification preferred.
• GCP training and knowledge of ICH GCP guidelines.
• Strong relationship-building and training experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and train clinical research staff.
• Perform clinical functions (phlebotomy, vital signs) as needed; educate families and evaluate subjects.
• Coordinate supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships for studies.
• Manage multiple trials: screening, recruitment, enrollment, scheduling, procedure coordination, data entry, and IRB submissions.
• Develop strong working relationships with study team members.
• Ensure adherence to IRB-approved protocols and SOPs.
• Assist in informed consent and subject safety.
• Coordinate site qualification, initiation, monitoring visits, and close-out activities.
• Collect, process, and ship laboratory specimens.
