Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager to lead site management activities across oncology trials. You will oversee site performance, timelines, and monitoring deliverables, ensuring patient safety and data integrity.

The role requires 2+ years as CTM/Lead CRA, 4+ years as CRA, oncology experience, and up to 30% travel. Excellent English communication and remote team leadership are essential. Competitive compensation and benefits offered.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or a Nursing Degree required.
  • 2+ years’ experience as a Clinical Trial Manager, Clinical Operations Leader, Lead CRA, or equivalent role.
  • 4+ years’ experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
  • Oncology experience is required.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%.

  • Provide leadership and direction to clinical site management team members from study start through to closure.
  • Serve as Site Management’s primary point of contact and representative for clinical monitoring and site activities within the project.
  • Primary Sponsor Contact and manage monitoring deliverables to achieve the study budget.

What You Will Do
  • Provide leadership and direction to clinical site management team members from study start through to closure

  • Manage monitoring deliverables to achieve the study budget and identify out‑of‑scope activities
What You Will Bring To The Role
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team remotely
  • Demonstrate initiative and problem‑solving skills by offering solutions when obstacles are identified
  • Strong customer focus, ability to interact professionally with a sponsor contact
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC Systems
Your Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or a Nursing Degree required
  • 2+ years’ experience as a Clinical Trial Manager, Clinical Operations Leader, Lead CRA, or equivalent role
  • 4+ years’ experience as a Clinical Research Associate
  • Oncology experience is required
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%

The salary range for this position is annually (For hourly paid positions, the stated salary range reflects hourly rates):

United States of America - $112,000.00 - $222,000.00

The salary range provided is intended to give candidates an understanding of potential earnings. Compensation will fall within the provided range, and it not a guarantee of exact salary. The final salary will be determined based on relevant experience, performance, education, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, we offer a competitive benefits package depending on location. We ensure pay equity and transparency and comply with all applicable labor laws. Salary information will be discussed during the interview process, and we encourage candidates to inquire about compensation at any stage.
