Job summary

Seismic Therapeutic in Watertown, MA seeks an experienced Clinical Trial Manager or Senior Clinical Trial Manager to drive operational planning and execution for early-phase studies under the Director of Clinical Operations.

You will manage study workstreams from start-up to closeout, coordinate CRO/vendor activities, maintain visibility, and escalate risks with recommended actions. Domestic and international travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, nursing, pharmacy, or related field.
• 5+ years (Clinical Trial Manager) or 8+ years (Senior) of clinical trial experience in Phase 1/2.
• Experience coordinating CRO/vendor management; global trial experience a plus.
• Working knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with EDC, CTMS, eTMF; strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operational activities for studies with CROs and vendors.
• Develop and maintain study plans, risk logs, enrollment forecasts, and metrics.
• Contribute to protocols, informed consent, eCRFs, and study procedures.
• Oversee monitoring activities, data quality indicators, and site findings.
• Maintain inspection-ready TMF documentation and sponsor oversight.
• Coordinate cross-functional study activities and meetings; document actions.
