Job summary

Medtronic neuromodulation and pelvic health seeks a Senior Strategic Clinical Program Manager / Clinical Scientist to define and execute clinical evidence strategies guiding product development, regulatory pathways, and reimbursement. The role interfaces with Regulatory, R&D, Medical Affairs, HEOR and Marketing to shape evidence plans across the lifecycle.

The position can be based in Fridley, MN (preferred), Lafayette, CO, or Santa Clara, CA, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to advance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years in clinical research, clinical strategy, or related field OR advanced degree with 5+ years of experience.
• Proven ability to develop and execute end-to-end clinical evidence strategies.
• Experience identifying evidence gaps and translating them into clinical development plans.
• Experience designing, leading, or influencing clinical studies and evidence-generation programs.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed, regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated clinical evidence strategies aligned with therapy, product, and business objectives.
• Drive end-to-end evidence generation and plan research across the product lifecycle.
• Advance data-driven clinical innovation using real-world data and digital health methods.
• Influence across a matrixed organization and partner with key opinion leaders and investigators.
