Qualifications

• Master's, PhD, or PharmD in a life science/health science discipline.
• Experience in clinical development within pharma/biotech.
• Preferred ophthalmology experience; immunology/hematology/neurology exposure is a plus.
• Ability to analyze and interpret clinical safety and efficacy data; familiarity with biostatistics and trial design.

Responsibilities

• Review, interpret, and present clinical safety and efficacy data.
• Design and execute clinical studies with Clinical Operations and Medical Affairs.
• Manage multiple projects across therapeutic areas with independent prioritization.
• Support data review and cleaning for clinical database locks; contribute to study reports.
• Stay current with regulations, guidelines, and scientific advances.
• Collaborate with Translational Medicine to advance assets to clinical development.
• Prepare clinical study reports, manuscripts, abstracts, publications, and conference materials.
• Provide scientific support for advisory boards and investigator meetings.
• Build relationships with external investigators and key opinion leaders.
• Travel up to 10% for field sites, meetings, and conferences.
