CSL Behring is seeking a Senior Clinical Development Scientist to contribute to hematology program development and clinical study execution. Hybrid work with 3 onsite days per week, relocation not provided. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, scientific input, and high-quality regulatory documentation.

You will oversee study documentation, safety data review, and CRO interactions, with base salary in the stated range and potential incentives depending on qualifications.

Qualifications

• PhD, MSc, or BS in a science-related discipline; PMP certification is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Contributes to the scientific development of clinical development programs within the Hematology therapeutic area.
• Provides scientific and clinical input for safe, efficient and timely execution of programs with high-quality outputs.
• Author or contribute to development of program and study documents and training materials.
• Contributes to the development of medical monitoring oversight strategy for clinical studies and oversees patient safety and data integrity.
• Lead development of Clinical Development Program when needed.
• Contributes to manuscripts, abstracts, and regulatory submission documents.
• Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to translate clinical strategy into deliverables.
• Supports data interpretation, study reports, presentations and publications.
• Manages interactions with external committees and governance bodies.
