Job summary

Kaztronix is seeking a Clinical Scientist for the Early Clinical Development Group to lead early clinical programs and clinical pharmacology from conceptualization through regulatory submissions.

You will influence product development across multiple programs, work with cross-functional teams, and contribute to program strategy and study execution while maintaining timelines and budgets. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in early clinical development and clinical pharmacology.
• Ability to author/review clinical protocols, SAPs, study reports and regulatory submissions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for early clinical programs and clinical pharmacology.
• Collaborate with physicians, statisticians and laboratories on study design and analyses.
• Prepare INDs, amendments, Investigator Brochures and health authority submissions.
• Lead and review protocols, analysis plans and safety assessments.
• Travel up to 20% as required by business needs.
