Position: Associate Director, Clinical Science

Location: East Coast (preferred)

Reports To: Head of Clinical Science

Compensation: $190,000-230,000 base salary + annual bonus + stock options

Role Summary

We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on Clinical Science leader to shape the development of a next-generation gene therapy pipeline. You’ll drive the design, execution, and analysis of clinical programs in (AAV) gene therapy for rare muscular diseases.

What You’ll Do

• Contribute to the design, execution, oversight, and analysis of global clinical trials across early- and late-stage development
• Ensure studies are conducted in alignment with protocols and regulatory requirements, while monitoring progress and reviewing data
• Support the Clinical Development Plan
• Contribute to protocol development

What We’re Looking For

• Advanced scientific degree. PhD, MD, or PharmD preferred
• Gene therapy (AAV)
• 5+ years of industry experience
