Duke Clinical Research Institute is seeking two Senior Clinical Research Specialists to support the CROSSROADS and STEPS studies in Durham, NC. You will help recruit participants, manage regulatory tasks, and coordinate study visits across multiple sites.

The roles require an Associate's degree and at least two years of research experience, with emphasis on collaboration with diverse community partners and experience with incarcerated populations.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting complex, multi-site studies.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders and community partners.
• Interest or experience with populations impacted by incarceration.
• Interest in scholarly writing.

Responsabilités

• Recruitment and retention activities for CROSSROADS and STEPS.
• Regulatory support and IRB documentation coordination.
• Participant enrollment and study visits coordination.
• Data entry, quality checks, and documentation upkeep.
• Assist in developing scholarly products and lay summaries.
