Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management, business, or a related field with significant experience in project management and team leadership.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope, time, and budget constraints.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans with timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate efforts to meet objectives.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Engage stakeholders, provide updates, and ensure alignment with goals.
• Prepare and present project reports and performance metrics to senior management.
