Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple research studies by implementing study protocols per regulatory, departmental, and institutional requirements.
• Mentor, direct and supervise Clinical Research Coordinators; may act as project manager or team lead with supervisory responsibilities.
• Perform diverse duties requiring analysis, sound judgment and knowledge of specific protocols.
• Maintain interdisciplinary relationships with participating physicians and clinical departments.
• Interact with study participants diagnosed with various medical conditions and diagnoses.
