Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1 year of directly related work experience, or a Master's degree in a related field.
• CRC IV requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field with 3 years of experience or a Master's degree with 2 years of experience.
• Certified Clinical Research Coordinator within 18 months of external hire date.

Responsibilities

• Study conduct and clinical research practice; serve as a resource for others on complex and multi-center trials.
• Develop and implement projects related to studies under the PI guidance; collaborate to ensure progress and completion.
• Supervise and train staff; provide oversight for regulatory activities and documentation.
• Oversee data management, CRFs, data dictionary, and data quality across studies.
• Coordinate regulatory submissions, monitor visits, audits, and quality reviews.
• Ensure proper handling, processing, and storage of specimens; maintain records and files.
