The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, study coordination, grant support, and interaction with multiple departments to ensure research integrity. The successful candidate will oversee complex studies, train staff, develop CRFs and budgets, and coordinate with Principal

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, substitution by education/experience allowed.
• Experience in clinical research coordination and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with industry-sponsored and federally funded trials.

Responsibilities

• Develop case report forms and questionnaires.
• Review billing matrix calendars for studies.
• Manage all phases of study lifecycle with regulatory compliance.
• Provide guidance/train staff for study implementation.
• May assist in budgeting and grant proposals for sponsor agencies.
• Support investigator-initiated research plans and literature reviews.
• Lead or assist other coordinators as needed.
