Job summary

Revival Research Institute, LLC seeks an experienced site-based Clinical Research Coordinator in Hamilton, NJ to own assigned interventional protocols from initiation to close-out. You will supervise screening, enrollment, data collection, and regulatory activities across studies, coordinating with Investigators and CRAs to ensure study timelines and compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Clinical Research Coordinator at a research site.
• Demonstrated experience independently obtaining informed consent on interventional protocols.
• Hands-on experience with EDC platforms.
• Working knowledge of ICH-GCP E6(R3) and 21 CFR Parts 11, 50, 54, 56, and 312, and HIPAA.
• Master's degree in a health-related field, or equivalent clinical research site experience.
• Strong communication and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Screening, recruitment, and enrollment of participants.
• Data collection, entry into EDC, and monitoring; resolve queries per protocol.
• Regulatory and quality control across binders and eRegulatory systems.
• Sponsor and IRB communication, regulatory submissions and reports.
• Investigational product accountability and storage documentation.
• Maintain knowledge of ICH-GCP, FDA regulations, and training requirements.
• On-site coordination and participant confidentiality per HIPAA.
