Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Research Coordinator to support the Research leadership and Principal Investigator on designated projects. You will ensure protocol compliance and regulatory standards are met, including FDA requirements, while coordinating with physicians, patients, sponsors, and departments.

You will mentor junior CRCs and RAs and manage multiple protocols concurrently in a fast-paced environment. The pay range is $32.76–$42.59 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Degrees: Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Licenses & Certifications: BLS, ACRP, SOCRA, Collab Inst Training Init.
• Additional Qualifications: CITI and CCRC/SOCRA certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Research leadership and Principal Investigator for a designated project.
• Ensure protocol requirements and regulatory standards (FDA) are met.
• Complete paperwork per regulatory requirements and collaborate with physicians, patients, sponsors, and departments.
• Mentor junior CRCs and RAs; manage multiple protocols simultaneously.
