The role involves coordinating with investigators, developing SOPs, managing budgets, and ensuring regulatory compliance across multicenter efforts. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in a related field with several years of clinical research experience, strong organization, and the ability to manage recruitment and data systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required.
• Three years of related experience required.
• Additional education or experience substitutions allowed per JHU policy.

Responsibilities

• Assist PI or senior staff to ensure operational feasibility of protocol/study design.
• Develop SOPs and data collection forms from protocols.
• Develop consent forms for clinical trials.
• Prepare materials for IRB submissions.
• Coordinate with sponsors and assess resource and cost feasibility.
• Ensure compliance with protocols and regulations.
• Participate in budget development.
• Develop and oversee participant recruitment strategies.
• Set up data collection systems and ensure data validity.
• Organize and quality control study data.
• Perform self-audits or audits of other sites.
• Participate in study meetings and provide status updates.
