Job summary

Cincinnati Children’s is seeking an experienced Clinical Research Coordinator to support bone marrow transplant trials. You will act as a resource for conducting complex clinical trials, develop project plans under the PI, and collaborate with multiple teams to maintain study timelines and data integrity.

The role involves supervising CRC staff, training new team members, and ensuring regulatory compliance, audits, and proper documentation across trials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 3+ years of experience or Master's degree with 2 years of experience
• Cert Clinical Research Coordinator within 18 months of external hire preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as a resource for conducting clinical trials, including complex and multi-center studies
• Develop and implement projects related to studies under the PI guidance
• Collaborate with team to ensure progress and completion of studies
• Supervise CRCs and train new staff in trial preparation and conduct
• Provide oversight for regulatory activities, submissions, and audit readiness
• Coordinate participant recruitment/enrollment and track progress against timelines
• Oversee data management, CRF creation, data dictionaries, and data quality checks
• Ensure regulatory documentation is maintained and proper record keeping for studies
