Job summary

Cincinnati Children’s is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to support study conduct across multiple active protocols. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, enrollment, data collection, and specimen handling in line with GCP and SOPs.

You will collaborate with investigators and study teams, prepare regulatory submissions, monitor audits, and maintain study records. Training new staff and liaising with sponsors and clinical departments are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 1+ years of directly related experience in clinical research or regulatory work.
• Knowledge of statistical process control principles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Study Conduct/ Clinical Research Practice – maintain awareness of status of all active studies, arrange facilities and supplies, ensure participant and study compliance, and train staff in specimen collection and handling.
• Regulatory Compliance and Documentation – prepare regulatory submissions, participate in audits and monitor visits, maintain up-to-date records, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Recruitment/Enrollment/Retention – identify potential participants, manage enrollment tracking, obtain informed consent, and communicate with clinical teams.
• Communication – maintain thorough correspondence and act as liaison with internal and external partners.
• Data Management – create CRFs, ensure data quality, perform data validation, and support data analysis and storage.
