Job summary

Kaiser Permanente in Los Angeles is seeking a data-driven professional to collect data for clinical trials independently and prepare study documentation for regulatory review, including IRB submissions.

You will support clinical research activities and lab operations, ensure timely documentation, help develop QC measures, and contribute to education of staff and participants on protocols and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Public Health, Health Care Administration, or related field with at least 2 years of clinical research experience, or 5+ years in related work.
• Experience collecting data in clinical trials and preparing/ submitting study documentation to IRB and regulatory bodies.
• Ability to develop and implement quality control/assurance measures and maintain compliant documentation.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and ability to mentor team members.
• Knowledge of budgeting components for funded projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build effective relationships and mentor colleagues while addressing feedback.
• Autonomously complete assignments using up-to-date subject area expertise to produce creative solutions.
• Contribute to budgeting and finance by understanding budget components for projects.
• Conduct clinical research by collecting data, coordinating trials, and supporting lab operations.
