Job summary

Ergomed Group is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate (West Coast based) to conduct on-site or remote monitoring across Pre-Study, Initiation, Interim, and Close-Out phases. You will verify investigator qualifications and train site staff while supporting regulatory submissions and mentoring junior staff.

The role requires a Life Sciences degree, extensive phase 2/3 monitoring experience, and the ability to travel nationally.

Qualifications

• College/University degree in Life Sciences or equivalent.
• Extensive on-site monitoring experience in phase 2/3 trials, ideally in oncology or rare disease.
• Full working proficiency in English.
• Ability to plan, multitask and work in a dynamic team environment.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel nationally.

Responsibilities

• Performs on-site or remote monitoring visits (Pre-Study, Initiation, Interim, Close-Out) to ensure sites remain adequate for the study.
• Identifies investigators and verifies qualifications, resources, facilities, equipment and staff.
• Trains investigational site staff as necessary.
• Supports preparation of regulatory submissions as applicable.
• Mentors/train junior staff and performs co-monitoring visits to assess performance.
