Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate (0.5 FTE) to join our Belgium team in a remote/home-based capacity. You will ensure trial quality, data integrity, and regulatory compliance across oncology sites while coordinating with sponsors and project teams.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree (RN or equivalent) with oncology monitoring experience and RECIST knowledge, plus strong ICH-GCP expertise and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, RN, or equivalent with experience in clinical research monitoring and oncology (RECIST knowledge).
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and clear communication skills; fluent in English and local language where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct remote and on-site monitoring, source document review, and data verification to maintain inspection readiness.
• Manage protocol deviations, investigational product accountability, and site training/delegation documentation.
• Collaborate with site personnel, project teams, and sponsors to support successful study delivery.
