Job summary

CTI Clinical Trial Services in Yardley, PA is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate (home based) to manage site activity across multiple protocols. A dedicated training department supports ongoing therapeutic training and career development within a global team.

The role emphasizes quality monitoring, enrollment strategies, and close collaboration with project sponsors. Ideal candidates hold a relevant degree or nursing qualification with clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in nursing, pharmacy, or allied health fields.
• RN with Associate's Degree or 3-year Nursing Diploma with at least 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Experience in clinical research and site monitoring is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages investigative site activity across protocols and updates site status to the Project Manager.
• Creates and implements subject enrollment strategies for assigned sites.
• Conducts study site visits (pre-study, initiation, monitoring, close-out) and delivers on schedule.
• Ensures storage, dispensation and accountability of investigational products and materials.
• Maintains tracking records for sites, CRFs, regulatory documents and product.
• Participates in development of CRFs and other study-related documents.

Education

Bachelor's/Master's degree in allied health fields

RN with Associate's Degree or 3-year Nursing Diploma with 2+ years of clinical nursing experience
