Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) for a remote contract role based in Seattle, WA. The position involves monitoring and site management to ensure protocol compliance, ICH-GCP adherence, and data integrity, with 60–80% travel and a 6‑month renewable contract potential for conversion to permanent employment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of CRA experience, a life sciences degree or RN qualification, and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in life sciences or nursing (or RN) required.
Minimum 2+ years as a clinical research monitor.
Valid driver's license where applicable.
Strong ICH-GCP and regulatory knowledge.
Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Monitor investigator sites using risk-based monitoring and perform root-cause analysis.
Verify data via source data review and CRF review during on-site/remote monitoring.
Assess investigational products through inventory and records review.
Escalate deficiencies and ensure timely resolution by clinical management.
Maintain regular contact with sites to confirm protocol adherence.
Support investigator payments and trial status reporting.
Ensure study systems are updated and perform QA checks on CTMS outputs.
Contribute to investigator meetings and site selection.
