Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) with Metabolic/MASH or Obesity monitoring experience to manage clinical sites from initiation through closeout. You will ensure study quality, patient safety, and regulatory compliance while conducting onsite monitoring visits and supporting enrollment timelines.

Qualifications

• Onsite monitoring experience required (minimum 18 months).
• Metabolic/MASH and/or Obesity trial monitoring experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in biological science, pharmacy, or another health-related discipline.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice and regulatory requirements.
• Experience using a CTMS/EDMS and Microsoft Office applications (Excel/Word).

Responsibilities

• Conduct qualification visits (QV), site initiation visits (SIV), monitoring visits (MV), and termination visits (TV) at assigned clinical sites and prepare timely reports.
• Manage site quality and delivery from identification through closeout.
• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned sites, addressing questions and resolving issues.
• Oversee study integrity and build relationships with investigators and site staff.
• Review trial performance at sites and safeguard participant rights and safety.
• Develop patient recruitment strategies with sites to support enrollment timelines.
