Lifelancer Ltd is seeking a Clinical Research Associate II with neuro and rare disease experience to join our remote team supporting global trials from California, USA. The role emphasizes risk-based monitoring, data integrity, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with investigators and the Clinical Team Manager.

Ideal candidates hold a life sciences degree or nursing certification, 1 year of monitoring experience or fellowship, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a life sciences field or RN certification; relevant formal qualification.
• 1 year of clinical research monitor experience or completion of a fellowship.
• Valid driver's license where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor investigator sites with risk-based approach and ensure data accuracy through SDV/SDR/CRF reviews.
• Coordinate with CTM and project team; provide trial status updates and maintain study systems.
• Prepare and review essential documents per ICH-GCP; participate in investigator meetings.
• Support site initiation, close-out, and investigator payments; ensure protocol adherence.
