The role requires a strong CRA background, ability to travel ~60%, and effective stakeholder management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare field.
• Extensive experience as a Clinical Research Associate with knowledge of trial processes and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and projects with strong organizational skills.
• Expertise in monitoring practices, data integrity, and site management with proficiency in trial software.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to drive compliance.
• Willingness to travel up to ~60%.

Responsibilities

• Monitor clinical trial sites to ensure adherence to study protocols and GCP standards.
• Conduct site visits to assess performance and resolve issues for successful trial execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate data collection and reporting.
• Provide training and guidance to site staff and other CRAs to maintain高 standards of conduct.
• Build and maintain relationships with site personnel and stakeholders for smooth operations.
