Job summary

Floodgate Medical, Inc. is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate to support a growing MedTech portfolio. This fully remote role oversees studies from startup through closeout while partnering with sites, sponsors, and internal leadership.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of CRA experience in med device, biotech, or pharma, with strong GCP knowledge and site management skills. You will work across the full study lifecycle in a dynamic, high-growth environment with autonomy and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CRA experience with med device, biotech, and/or pharma trials.
• Experience across full study lifecycle and monitoring responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of GCP and FDA/IDE studies; site management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor clinical studies across startup to closeout phases.
• Collaborate with sites, sponsors and internal leadership.
• Support implantable studies and IDE/FDA requirements where applicable.
