Job summary

Meet Life Sciences is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate with strong Neurology or Psychiatry background to join our clinical research team. The Senior CRA will conduct onsite monitoring, SDV, and regulatory reviews across multiple studies and travel 70-85%.

Ideal candidates have 5-7+ years of CRA experience, deep knowledge of ICH/GCP and ISO 14155, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor's degree is required.

Qualifications

  • 5–7+ years of clinical research/CRA experience.
  • Independent onsite monitoring and site management experience.
  • Neurology or Psychiatry experience required.
  • Schedule I controlled substances experience required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a clinical/biological/scientific/health-related field or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of ICH/GCP and ISO 14155 and applicable regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct independent onsite monitoring and source data verification at clinical research sites
  • Review CRFs, source documentation, informed consent forms, regulatory documents, and device accountability records
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies and compliance issues
  • Manage investigator/site documentation, including regulatory files, CVs, medical licenses, and financial disclosures
  • Support clinical trial contract management and site budget negotiations
  • Maintain detailed visit reports, documentation, and escalation of issues
  • Work independently across multiple studies while managing changing priorities
  • 5-7+ years of clinical research/CRA experience
  • Strong experience conducting independent onsite monitoring and site management
  • Neurology or Psychiatry experience required
  • Experience working with Schedule I controlled substances required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Clinical, Biological, Scientific, Health-related field, or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge of ICH/GCP and/or ISO 14155
  • Strong understanding of applicable clinical trial regulations
  • Excellent organization, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel 70-85%
