Senior Project Manager (Radiopharma) - Clinical Research | Permanent | USA

Employment: Permanent, Full-Time

Salary: $147,300 - $220,900 USD + Benefits

We are partnering with an established, global CRO to recruit an experienced Senior Clinical Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, international clinical trials.

This is an opportunity to oversee innovative clinical development programmes, working closely with biotech and pharmaceutical sponsors across multiple therapeutic areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, global clinical trials, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met.
• Serve as the primary client contact, managing stakeholder relationships and escalations.
• Oversee cross‑functional study teams, external vendors and clinical operations.
• Manage study budgets, financial forecasting, project profitability and change orders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, risk mitigation strategies and study performance metrics.
• Support business development activities, including client presentations and bid defences.
• 7+ years' clinical research experience, including 4+ years' direct clinical project management experience.
• Proven experience managing complex, global clinical trials within a CRO or sponsor environment.
• Strong understanding of ICH-GCP, clinical operations and regulatory compliance.
• Experience managing project budgets, timelines, vendors and cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent client management, leadership and communication skills.
• Radiopharmaceutical product experience is highly desirable.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally when required.
