Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides comprehensive clinical pharmacy services in a specialty area and participates in inter-disciplinary patient care rounds.
• Leads departmental initiatives, mentoring pharmacy staff, educators, and trainees.
• Documents clinical activities in medical records and supervises technicians to ensure appropriate workflow.
• Contributes to QA, cost-savings initiatives, and development of guidelines within the department.
