• Provide leadership and care for patients in assigned areas; guide providers on best practices and safe drug use.
• Assist in admission and discharge planning and patient education related to medications.
• Provide drug information and educational programs to medical staff, nursing staff, and pharmacy personnel.
• Maintain professional competence via conferences, continuing education, and literature review.
