Job summary

Inova Health is seeking a dedicated Clinical Pharmacist – Integrative Oncology to join the team in Chantilly, VA. This full-time role supports the Integrative Oncology team at Inova Schar Cancer Center, focusing on medication therapy management and safe incorporation of integrative approaches into cancer care.

Qualifications

Education: PharmD or Bachelor degree in Pharmacy.
Experience: Five (5) years as a clinical Pharmacist.
Licensure: Licensed Pharmacist in VA; BLS, ACLS, PALS within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

Interprets, prepares, and verifies medication orders.
Provides clinical consultation and cost-effective alternatives.
Issues controlled substances in compliance with DEA and VA Board of Pharmacy requirements.
Monitors drug therapies for interactions, allergies, and appropriateness.
