Job summary

The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) is seeking a Senior Pharmacist to deliver direct clinical patient care in an ambulatory setting and to mentor pharmacists in pharmaceutical care practices. The role includes coaching staff in the Nuka System of Care to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Candidates must be a licensed Alaska pharmacist with BLS; additional certifications (ACLS/NRP/ATLS/ALSO/PALS) may be required for specialty areas.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Alaska as a Pharmacist.
• BLS certification required; advanced certifications as needed.
• Two years of pharmacist experience or demonstrated SCF proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical patient care in ambulatory settings.
• Mentor pharmacists in ambulatory pharmaceutical care activities.
• Coach staff on the Nuka System of Care.
