Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for reviewers, provide guidance and support for complex cases.
• Respond to escalated calls from the Contact Center with accurate information and referrals.
• Review clinical criteria and update prior authorizations or denials in UM systems.
• Monitor inboxes and work queues to meet client turnaround requirements.
• Conduct outreach to pharmacies and physicians to obtain required UM information.
• Provide complete clinical information to pharmacists and physicians for decision-making.
