Qualifications

• 5+ years RN experience with direct patient care.
• Associates or Diploma in Nursing; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Active RN license (single-state or multi-state) with BLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in technology, critical thinking, and time management.
• Ability to function effectively in fast-paced environments and respond decisively to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing processes—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using critical thinking and evidence-based practice.
