Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document daily patient care.
• Identify nursing diagnoses and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and UTMB policies.
• Provide patient/family teaching and health promotion using evidence-based resources.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team and ensure safe handoffs.
• Demonstrate professional performance, ethics, and culturally sensitive care.
