Job summary

Centene Corporation is seeking a product strategy professional to provide tactical and analytical support to leadership, analyzing performance and ensuring success of product lines within Centene and its portfolio. You will manage discreet information for corporate-wide initiatives related to LTSS, IDD, and Dual Demonstration.

You will lead sub-projects, identify product modifications, monitor industry demands, assist with development strategy, and serve as subject matter expert for assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent.
• 4+ years of long-term care, IDD, Medicare, dual eligible management experience in health plans.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Access knowledge preferred; project management and product development experience preferred.

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis on product performance, competitive position, product innovation, and product development
• Lead various sub-projects and initiatives
• Identify required product modifications and enhancements

• Build trust-based relationships with peers within assigned health plans and across corporate

Job description

Position Purpose:

Provide tactical and analytical support to leadership to analyze performance and ensure success of product lines within Centene and its portfolio of subsidiaries. Responsible for managing discreet information and components for corporate-wide initiatives related to Dual Demonstration, Long Term Services & Supports (LTSS) and Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities (IDD) products. May provide guidance and assistance to other team members.

Knowledge/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent. 4+ years of, long-term care, IDD, Medicare, dual eligible management experience or related experience, preferably in a health plan. Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint required. Access knowledge preferred. Project management and product development experience preferred. Pay Range: $70,100.00 - $126,200.00 per year
