Freenome seeks a Senior Clinical Laboratory Associate to join the Onsite Clinical Laboratory Analytical team. The role reports to the Clinical Laboratory Supervisor and focuses on sample processing, equipment maintenance, and SOP adherence to support high-stakes cancer detection research.
The candidate will work with CLS and Accessioning Teams, participate in audits, and help train new staff while maintaining lab quality and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role reports to the Clinical Laboratory Supervisor. This role will be an Onsite role.
The US target range of our base hourly rate for new hires is $39.97 - $52.00. You will also be eligible to receive equity, cash bonuses, and a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits depending on the position offered. Please note that individual total compensation for this position will be determined at the Company’s sole discretion and may vary based on several factors, including but not limited to location, skill level, years and depth of relevant experience, and education.
