Job summary

Cohere Health is seeking a remote Senior Clinical Informatics professional to apply clinical reasoning and data science to design and validate data-driven healthcare solutions.

You will lead ontology mapping and terminology management (SNOMED, ICD, LOINC, RxNorm, FHIR, HL7), oversee annotation quality, and ensure clinical integrity across AI-enabled workflows, with ~5% travel. Fully remote with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications
