Responsibilities

• Provide Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) utilizing the nutrition care process.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds, case conferences, team conferences and family meetings.
• Communicate nutrition information to health professionals and the community.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to optimize care.
• Document in the EHR all patient care provided.
